We have joined the US-EU Safe Harbor Program for human resources information. We are also guided by a comprehensive set of privacy principles, known as the Baxter Employee Privacy Principles, which we have voluntarily adopted on a worldwide basis. These principles, defining the rights of data subjects and the responsibilities of data users, constitute a corporate code of conduct for handling employment-related personal information in every country in which we operate. Portions of this code relevant to external job applicants are reflected in this notice.
